Update
Construction at Oceano, Al Marjan Island, continues to advance with strong momentum and disciplined execution. The substructure is now 100% complete, marking a significant milestone in the development of this landmark waterfront project by The Luxe Developers.
Progress across the superstructure is equally steady and well-coordinated. Tower A has successfully reached Level 11 and is advancing toward Level 12, while Tower B has completed Level 10 and is preparing for Level 11, reflecting synchronized vertical growth across both towers.
In parallel, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) works have commenced on-site, signaling the transition into the next phase of construction where structural progress integrates with internal systems and services.
